one of the most diverse parks in Honduras which is full of exotic plants and bird species for you to see while hiking through. Pico Bonita Cloud Forest park is unique in its altitude – stretching from sea level to as high as 7,500 ft. The other park that we will see is Cuero y Saldo Wildlife Refuge located nearby. This area is full of rivers and channels with plenty of wildlife including jaguars, monkeys, and alligators. So much rich vegetation surrounds this spectacular area. We will take you white water river rafting in the Canagral River , only 45 minutes from La Ceiba. These exciting rapids offer the visitor fun, adventure and a chance to see the ever so lush green forests of Honduras . This entire coast tour offers plenty of other tourist attractions while combining both adventure and ecological destinations.
On this trip you will have the opportunity to visit in Tela, the botanical gardens of “Lancetilla” and one of the most diverse gardens in the world. They were found by Dr. Wilson Popenoe of the Tela Railroad

Company in 1926. It was planned to be an experimental area for its plantations and biological reserve. It is considered to be a unique complex of its time, containing species from all around the world with roads that take you to natural areas that overlook the reserve of this tropical forest. Huge woods of bamboo also give an extra charm to this mystical experience.
Itinerary: Day 1: Depart San Pedro Sula at 7:30 a.m. , visit to the Botonical Gardens , arrive in La Ceiba in the afternoon, lunch, river rafting in the Cangrejal River. Stay at Hotel La Quinta o Barceló Aurora (La Ceiba)
Day 2: Breakfast at the hotel, tour of La Ceiba, return to San Pedro Sula after lunch.
